stop being lazy and fix CF teens

Someone screwed up the permissions and the whole forum is skewed for everyone who isn't apart of staff. Every time you post, you get a message that tells you that your account doesnt have privaleges to post. So we were told to refresh it until it allowed us to. Okay. Yesterday I could refresh it one or two times and it was okay. Today I run into that message every time i try to post and i had to refresh it 15 times earlier to be able to even MAKE a response. And then 4 more times to be able to POST the response. And another 2 times if i wanted to go back and edit the post.

So basically someone screwed up the entire forum a couple of days ago.

Serious, Christian Advice, and Games are still completely and utterly broken. You can't post in them at all. And the main forum is heading in the same direction.

PLEASE, this is STILL a problem. Fix it. Thanks.
