Still sick...

Please keep me in your prayers... it's been 12 days since I first got sick, and THANK GOD, I think my original cold is finally gone. But a nasty sinus infection has set in and is driving me crazy because I have had laryngitis for the past week and it's just not letting up. It's a nightmare, I can barely speak.

I had to go to the bank today, and my voice was so weak, I had to write notes to the teller to tell him what I wanted. (What must THAT have looked like on the bank surveillance camera... ) Please say a quick prayer for me to get my voice back... thanks.

Thank you all so much for your prayers. My voice is still scratchy, but I was able to sing a little at church today. I couldn't sing much, but seeing as I wasn't able to make a sound for over a week, I am so grateful for just that little bit. It felt great.

I pray that my voice will be totally back for next week, or maybe even this Wednesday!

Thanks everyone... I got sick again today, but it was my stomach, nothing to do with my sinuses, thank the Lord, which are doing better. I've been good about taking my meds--I haven't forgotten them, not even once. Hopefully this weekend I'll get the last bit of extra rest I need to get completely well.
