New info on stem cell research. This to me is scarier than any WMDs. The case is getting stronger for them as people will see the use of curing diseases etc.

What say you? This thread would be good for opinions and people to post similar news.

You know I think there is another way to get the stem cells without promoting abortion. I forgot how....I will have to research it. But then again they say it is more readily available this way and that they can produce more this way so that is their justification. It is disgusting to me that one has to lose it's life in such a manner as murder to help another.

Adult stem cells, from what I can recall from memory, have done far greater good. Stem cells can also be "harvested" from the placenta after a baby has been born. There's other ways around using cloned or aborted fetuses, but the devil blinds those who do his work.

These are the times that I would support stem cells being used. Heck, if they can take the cells from the placenta from a healthy born baby and use it to treat an aweful terminal disease, I say great!

I know there is a way to grow stem cells as some here have already mentioned, without murdering any babies. I think if they did more of this research and derived stem cells in this manner, it would be feasible.

They dont need to use fetal cells...they can get stem cells other ways. But I guess its easier to just make some babies, take the parts you need, and throw them away afterwards... ughhhhh.

Yep, our society is becoming more and more evil. It is sickening how accepting of evil society has become. I have a feeling that God is about to spew us out of his mouth. It is sad because at one time this country had so much potential. It is a time for prayer and fasting.
