Awww! Cute picture!

That happened with Breann too and she wrote a note to the tooth fairy and put it under her pillow and whatdoyaknow - she still got some moneyWell, he lost it at school, then he lost the tooth on the way to the clinic where they keep tooth-shaped boxes for the kids that lose teeth.![]()
But, he wrote a letter to the tooth fairy and stuck it under his pillow - so he still got his dollar.![]()
Yep! My sister saved my nieces notes and will put them in her scrapbookThe note is almost cuter than having the tooth under there, IMO. Steele's note was priceless.![]()
Yeah, I hear ya. I successfully avoided Santa until just this past Christmas. He started hearing stuff at school and my mom and dad jumped at the chance to reinforce it. They thought I was traumatizing my kids by not "believing" in Santa. When Steele asked me about it, I told him the story behind St Nick. It was as close as I could get to saying there was a Santa.I have a problem with lying to kids even if it's in fun. I've never told my kids there is an Easter Bunny, Santa Claus, or tooth fairy. When asked if they're real I say I've never seen them, but Santa Claus was a real person, blah, blah.
Oh, he's a cutie!
See that never happened when I was a kid and it didn't happen with my nieces and nephews either...I don't have a problem with the fantasy/make believe side of it. I have a problem with having to eventually tell them that you've been yanking their chain for the last 6-7 years.
