Do you think using a bootleg copy of Windows is stealing?

Not the way I see it. Since he bought it for his laptop, shouldn't he be able to put it on all of his computers? I mean, when you buy a game for your laptop, you don't buy a second copy to put on your desktop, right? And if Microsoft is saying that you have to agree to do just that for their software when only you will be using it, well in my opinion that's just wrong.
Peter, I agree with the above; and unless Microsoft provides some explicit permissions to the contrary, installing the software on two separate systems would be wrong and in violation of what you agreed to when you purchased the software. There may be allowances for special circumstances, but you'd need explicit permission from Microsoft for such an allowance.Yes it would be lying, as
