Starting to Give up

I've been TTC for a long time. I've had surgery after surgery, and I'm just about to the point of giving up. I'm older, and maybe I'm just not meant to have kids. I just know that I adore children (I work with kids daily) and I so wanted one of my own. Please pray that I start to feel a peace about this, or that I do miraculously conceive. Thank you.
