Star Wars: Battlefront

Has anyone played it yet? I love it. This game is so much fun. Needs some major improvements but the basics are definately there to be an awesome game!

Yeah we had a post about this a few days ago. I love this game! I've been playing it online for a long time and those 2 patches really helped, though the overall online interface is horrific. Single player is great.

i love the game, just the online options really do sux... and only 16 people for one server!! .... i rather play battlefield 1942 or wait for battlefield 2

Yeah I don't know what they were thinking when they made that online interface, cause even Medal of Honor: Rising Sun has a better interface and that game isn't nearly as good. *shrugs*

Aren't PC servers like that?
The ones I have seen are, like UT, Farcry, etc.
It's like they built it for PC, and then brung it over to the consoles.
PC is so impersonal to me, its like playing the AI.

Battle front... what a joke. Just play the battlefield 1942 mod called Galactic Conquest... it is basically the same game, but it's free.

ah I like it. While the online interface is nothing like SOCOM II (my other online ps2 favorite) it's still fun. And also, DarkMustis, for those of us that don't have good computers (raises hand) this game is great. My computer is horrific!

I took my copy back, and traded it in.
No lobby, and the laggiest game in history, are two things that just hurt this game too much.
I still like it, and I hear they have patchs coming out.

But with Halo2 just around the corner, and a few other games out there. I felt the high trade in value would do me best in this situation.

blah blah blah everyone keeps talking about Halo 2 when it comes to online games. Battlefront is great when you're bored, but yes the interface is nothing to brag about.
