Leonard Ravenhill said that a pastor's ministry is worthless if he does not pray at least two hours a day. should churches fire pastors who don't do this?

That is a *very* dangerous statement indeed. I won't even verbalize how God feels about such a statement....

No they shouldn't fire pastors/ministers.
That would be going a little overboard, pastors can be very busy people and would be unfair and wrong. It is God who called them into ministry not the church. Granted that prayer is important, churches should not judge on this Leonard Ravenhi was a very influential person in prayer and evangelism but I do think most pastors can't get two hours in prayer as they are busy with the building of the church, sometimes managing accounts, eeing church members, elders/deacons, personal bible study, preparing for bible studies, sermons etc.
I am going in to this sort of area, getting to bible college to start on a three year degree in the next two years.
I just don't think that there are enough hours in a day...
But prayer is massively important for being fruitful.

<sarcasm>Not only should that pastor be fired but his wife slapped and children flogged - and his mother should be banned from the bazaar.</sarcasm>

Ravenhill had his opinion of the matter but it supposes that God is not able to tend to the needs of His church without the oversight of the Elders. There is something very pro-government control in that statement.
