Night...
I had confession today. I feel so much better and calmer. I was really irritable the last couple days. There are a couple things happening that I am very very upset about, but my irritability was hanging over me even when driving around or doing housework, etc. After my confession, I felt immediately calm and while I still don't like those things that are happening, I am much less irritable about it.
Nothing like getting a different perspective on things from the view from one's knees!

Good morning, y'all. Good luck on the quizzes, Melethiel.
Would y'all like an update on my life? No? Too bad, here it is.
When last I posted (about a year ago!), I was in a pretty rough patch with my husband. I am very happy to say that things are much, much better. He has found employment and has worked out some other issues, and our marriage is recovering.
Even better, he has started attending church, and plans to start the inquirer's class next Wednesday. God willing,
he will soon be a catechumen.
The boys are doing well. Andy (age 6) just started first grade at a magnet school for the arts, and he loves it. Owen starts a special ed. K-3 program tomorrow; he is making rapid progress with his developmental delays. If he continues to progress as he has been, he will likely graduate from special ed at the end of this school year.
Although the boys and I were chrismated 16 months ago, Owen has always refused to take communion b/c he wouldn't look Fr. Marcus in the face (an aspect of his developmental delays). This last Sunday, he finally took communion. He is constantly asking me when we can go to church.
As for me, well, I'm still me. I'm looking for a new job--I've decided it's time to move on from my clerkship and go into the real world. I've made a good friend at my church, and we are an encouragement to each other.
