So as we're getting ready for church tonight, my husband tells me I look "homely." Apparently he assumed that "homely" meant "domestic" or "warm," like "home." I made him look the word up, and the first definition was, "not attractive." Needless to say, I told on him. ;) First thing out of my mouth when the priest said, "How are you tonight?" was "Robert told me I looked homely!" Robert says nobody likes a tattle tale, but I say nobody likes being called homely either.

Hello everyone

We have moved into a lovely house (renting) in a suburb where quite a few Greeks live so we won't be forgetting our Greek language in a hurry :). My eldest daughter swam for her school in the zone swimming carnival and won!, so she has now been selected for the regional swimming carnival. I'm enrolled in the Sydney Archdiocese school for Byzantine music and we have just had a cable modem installed so I can actually tell you all these things ;)

All I need now is a second job and life will be peachy.

How has everyone been?

John
