  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

Computer has been down all weekend because I had some kind of spyware on it. I'm not the only one, one brother at work had the same rascal.
Since we don't communicate by computer, I don't think we gave it to each other.
Just wanted to warn ya'll about it.
What happens is that you will get some kind of message about you have a virus on your computer, and asks if you want to turn on your virus protect.
You will notice a new item in your bottom bar. Its a virus protect program that you never saw before and it is performing a "complimentary" scan.
Well its a scam. When you turn on your virus protect, it logs you online to a website asking if you want to purchase said virus protect program.
It will disable Macafee for sure. (did mine).
To get rid of it you will have to go to Malwarebytes (google it). Its a free program that will scan and repair your computer.
Just wanted to warn everyone that.
Trying to figure out where I got it, all I've done was searched on Home Church sites. Hmmmmm lol.
