Any thoughts and similar experiences?

I often experience a spiritual encounter that I've been trying to understand for some years now. It happens at random times when I go to sleep.

It's after I turn off the lights in my room and fall asleep that a bright light fills my room. I do not dare to open my eyes but my eyes can feel the light in my room. The light is so intense that it causes a kind of slight vibration as it passes through my body and it's not discomforting. This lasts for about 5 minutes.

Last night, I've found some strength to open my eyes and when I opened my eyes, it wasn't my physical eyes because I could see the light but not the things in my room. Then I started praying and I was hearing someone preaching.

The eyes of Jesus. There's nothing as beautiful as the eyes of Jesus. It's like seeing all beauty at once. It's beyond incredible. I couldn't bear and my eyes broke into a million tears in a second, literally. His eyes are love radiating like sun yet gentle like the moon, so holy and perfect. They speak a zillion things in a moment. So big and whole. I wish I could somehow describe them and this experience that I had.

- Communicate with other benelovent spirits than God, like angels for example?

I've had several. The last one that comes to mind, however, is one that fits the above quoted line.

The room was illuminated by the holy presence that invited me to ask; my spirit curled up in a fetal position and prayed...

Sleep paralysis. People say it's science. I disagree.

It is a spiritual attack by evil forces. I saw that devil.

Praise God. He delivered me from these horrible attacks.
