CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Thank you that forums like this exist.
May those who are struggling, without support and going through trials find strength in You to overcome and know that they are more than conquerors through You who loved them.
May they find comfort in Your life giving Word, hope for their tomorrow and divine protection from the enemy.
Please also bless those who faithfully support fellow strugglers on this forum.
They give of themselves ,their time and their heart.
Your Word says that those who refresh others will in turn themselves be refreshed.
Thank you ,Lord that this life is but a vapour - that You have dealt the enemy a death knell and that those who hope in You can look forward to a glorious eternity.
In the mean time, help the strugglers and those who support them remain steadfast and trusting in Your everlasting gospel as we seek to build Your Kingdom and comfort the lonely and broken with compassion.
Please meet our deepest needs, heal our deepest wounds and deliver us from our deepest fears.
Thank you that You aid us through Your Holy Spirit, Your Word and possibly also through angelic protection.
Times are dark, the world is broken but You have won! To You be glory and honour.
Raise up workers to go into Your fields and claim the reward of Your suffering.
Guide us in all our ways and may we live out the fullness of our days as we feast on Your Word which is our meat, our water, our wine, our bread...
In the Holy and matchless Name of Jesus Christ whose Name will be praised for all eternity,
