Oh Deb this pierced my heart...God bless you very precious ones!
Sorry I haven't been posting in here lately. Things get so busy and I need to learn to put what's really important first - which is our Heavenly Father and His Word!
Today's prayer is about LOVE
Loving Father, help me to always strive to fulfill your law throught love. Show me how to bear the burdens of others and thereby fulfill the Law of Christ. Help me to walk in love at all times.
I realize, Father God, that I am able to love others only because you, who are love, first loved me. Your banner over me is love. Empower me to be a being of love, also, and to obey the commandment of Jesus who said, "A new commandment I give unto you, that ye love one another." Through loving acts that I am able to do, other people will know that I am a disciple of Jesus Christ, and I very much want other people to realize this.
Let my love be completely free of hypocrisy, Father. Help me to love others as Jesus has loved me. Help me to remember the knowledge puffs up, but love edifies. Father, with your help, I will let love be the theme of my life. Keep me ever mindful of the truths about love - how it suffers long, is kind, does not envy, does not lift itself up, is not puffed up, bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, and endures all things. That's the kind of love I want in my life Father - a love that never fails. Help me to be sure that everything I do is done with love, and show me how I can serve others through love.
Thank you for the rewards of loving. I love you, Father, and I thank you that you love me.

Today's prayer is about STRENGTH.
Almighty God, I seek your joy which is great strength to me. You are my strength and song, dear Father. You are my strength and my shield. Your right hand, O Lord God, is glorious in power. I claim your promise that I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
Your ways ar strength to me, Father. In my weakness, you perfect your strength. Thank you, mighty Father. You, Lord God, are my strength, and I will lean on your strength, not my own preseumed ability, because I realize that it's not by mightnor by power, but by your Spirit that I shall prevail. Fill me with your Spirit, Father.
Wisdom and might are yours. Give me your wisdom, and your strength. I will trust in you forever, Lord God, because in you I have everlasting strength. Thank you, Father.
Help me always to remember that the race is not to the swift, nor the battle to the strong, but it is you, Lord God, my strength, who teaches my hands to war, and my fingers to fight.
Thank you for being my strength and my song, for you, Lord God, have become my salvation.
