You know the feeling. A friend's hand brushes your arm, and your spine tingles. You get warm, but it's not a lustful reaction. Rather, it's that feeling that you care for that person, find them attractive (in more than just the physical), and they've shown that they care to a point.
Is that part of love, do you think? Or is that an unimportant part of the relationship?
My view: I think the "spark" is a good thing. When we feel that spark, it's something special about that person. However, if that "spark" fades and you become comfortable with that person, I think that its absence should not effect your reaction to the relationship.
