Spanish Rice
In a Large Skillet combined
1 Onion Diced
2 Beef Bouillon Cubes
3 tbs Cooking Oil
Low heat Till cubes are soft then add
1 Can of Rotel With Japllepinos
1 1\2 - 2 cups rice
Water
Stir in rice till kind of clear, add rotel and stir
add water till rice is coverd in water
Cook on low heat till water is gone and the rice is tender and dry looking
