A nurse I talked to yesterday

said she already new not to give soybeans to animals

because it causes so many health issues.

She said they are trained in nursing school

that people SHOULD NOT get soybeans because it

causes so many health problems (girls 8 y.o. AND boys 12 y.o. get big breasts).

(not just children or infants, older men over 50 are having more breasts reductions surgically than ever before - it's the FOURTH biggest reason men over 50 have surgery, and it is FIRST BIGGEST reason boys 12 y.o. have surgery (admitted on REGIS live or other t.v. talk show))

So,
why do 'professionals' STILL tell parents to give it to their kids/family ???

The soybean (U.S.) or soya bean (UK) (Glycine max) is a species of legume native to East Asia. It is an annual plant that has been used in China for 5,000 years as a food and a component of drugs. Soy contains significant amounts of all the essential amino acids for humans, and so is a good source of protein. Soybeans are the primary ingredient in many processed foods, including dairy product substitutes.

Anabaptists, Waldensians, those all who return to Yhvh, to Truth, away from man's way, away from the wrong way, will not support what is wrong and false.

When they learned what was true, they gave up what was wrong,
and eagerly and joyfully obeyed the truth, obeyed the Bible.

and exposed what was false.

About Soybeans?

BTW. The Waldensians actually had / have no relationship to the Anabpatiusts. they becasme Protestants (Reformed) during the Reformation. Both groups used the term "God" (in their native languages) - they were not "Messianics" and I think it would be benneficial to make that clear.

Daniel and the other obeyers of Yhvh's Word were wise above all others
and avoided the health problems and duller thinking of the countrymen around them
by eating what Yhvh said was good to eat and avoiding defilement.

The Amish avoid lower IQ's (ten points across the board) that those who get defiling immunizations have. (exceptions accepted).

The 10,000plus medical clinic in Chicago has NO autism likewise.(by avoiding what defiles)

Old people among the obedient to Yhvh avoid heart disease and brittle bones and poor eyesight many times by avoiding SODA(P.PS. and C.L.) and M.I.L.K.

....
and what about CIGARETTES? (u.s.a, NOT japan - in japan, no increased sickness from smoking due to otherwise good diet AND NO POISONS PUT IN THEIR CIGS)

......
so, you see, there are a lot of things to avoid... to avoid 'normal' illness...
..
and
if
you follor the links,
you find out that the girls reaching puberty at age 6 to 7 y.o.
and
the BOYS growing BREASTS by age 12 (thus needed reductions)
is
from
.
.
.soy...
.
.
etc etc etc....
.
soy sold by m.ns.nt. has CAUSED A WORLDWIDE EPIDEMIC (1 out of 4 people in the u.s.a., or more, and 1 out of 4 in the world, or more,
are sick and very sick
from soy)

so, yes, the righteous will warn one another of soy, just like of cigs.

It'd be nice if you'd provide citations for your claims, yeshuaslavejeff. I can debate the vegan/vegetarian diet vs. the omnivorous diet well enough, and I can cite 'proof' from all sides of the fence. The reality is that it's all still very much 'up in the air,' so to speak. A fair sum of what we, as individuals, are able to 'tolerate' might be due to genetic makeup, and so forth. For instance, there's said to be a higher instance of lactose intolerance amoung African-American folks.

Between 30 and 50 million Americans are lactose intolerant. Certain ethnic and racial populations are more widely affected than others. As many as 75 percent of all African-Americans and Native Americans and 90 percent of Asian-Americans are lactose intolerant. The condition is least common among persons of northern European descent. (source).

If that's true, it could be an adaption type of thing. The Wikipedia article on lactose intolerance provides some interesting insight into the matter.

Agreed...

And condemn me if I'm wrong... but the Chinese aren't quite known for their large breasts.

He must buy into conspiracy theories.

Yawn,

http://www.mothering.com/articles/growing_child/food/soy_story.html

http://www.mothering.com/articles/growing_child/food/soy_story_notes.html

Unlike lentils and a few other legumes that have been used for many thousands of years as a food staple in many parts of the Orient, soy- beans have a relatively recent history of use as a food. Furthermore, that use is almost entirely as a condiment, not as a dietary staple. The historical truth on the soybean is that it was designated by the Chinese many thousands of years ago as one of the sacred grains -- but not because it was eaten, but because it was used for its nitrogen fixing properties in soil as part of crop rotation. The soybean was deliberately avoided as a food, as the Chinese knew of its harmful effects.

It took the Chinese thousands of years to stumble across the fermentation process that made soybeans edible (though not necessarily healthful).

<INSERT: and mon..to DOES NOT ferment their products to remove the toxins from u.s.a. products et al-they don't care>

Are you beginning to get the big idea here? Yet to come (in next month’s Letter) is the story on how soy foods:

*

cause cancer
*

cause premature aging and tissue destruction with rancid fatty acids
*

poison you with hexane and other chemical solvents
*

cause breast cancer and fibrocystic breasts
*

destroy thyroid function
*

inhibit brain development in infants
*

cause kidney damage
*

contribute to Alzheimer’s disease
*

damage the pancreas
*

turn little boys into girls, and little girls into pathological pigs
*

cause osteoporosis
*

destroy libido

Get off the soy!

you have to goooogle to find some info, and don't trust anybody, especially the us companies and us gov.

Your post just shows yu didn't read the last 50 years readily available
info about the toxicity of soy and why the world wide corporation that
sells the most of it (and makes 30billion/day profit)
doesn't bother to detoxify it before selling it.

the chinese and the japanese etc don't eat it until it is detoxified,((mon..anto) DOES NOT detoxify it before marketing it in thousands of american products)
and they never ate nearly as much as stupid americans eat without knowing what's happening to their own body.

None of these sensational claims has ever been proven.

Remember, for centuries Asians have been eating lots of soy foods, and the supposed terrible consequences of soy consumption haven't materialized among them. In fact some traditional soy-rich Asian diets are associated with lower risks of breast and prostate cancer than western diets.

Based on the weight of available evidence, I remain convinced that soy is safe and nutritious when eaten in relatively whole and unrefined forms in reasonable amounts. I recommend one to two daily servings, which can include a cup of soy milk, a half cup of tofu, tempeh or green soybeans (edamame) or roasted soy nuts. Soy milk provides all the benefits of cow's milk, without the butterfat, which is unhealthy, the milk protein (casein), which can increase mucus production and irritate the immune system in some people, and milk sugar (lactose), which can cause digestive distress if you lack the enzyme that breaks it down.

Soy milk is made by soaking dried beans in water, grinding them, heating them in water, pressing them, and straining the milk. Soy milk makers for home use are widely available, and people who use them say fresh, homemade soy milk is much better tasting than packaged products. And it will have no additives.

One cup of soy milk contains four to 10 grams of soy protein, and 20 to 40 mg of isoflavones, plant chemicals that may act like estrogen but probably account for soy's protective effect against hormonally driven cancers (especially when soy is part of the diet from early childhood). While soy milk is high in calcium, it doesn't have as much as cow's milk so it is important to look for a brand that is fortified with calcium.

I recommend certain precautions when buying soy milk. Since many soy crops are heavily treated with pesticides, always buy organic soy products. I also recommend avoiding brands of soy milk that contain the thickening agent carrageenan, a seaweed derivative, which I believe may be harmful, especially to the intestinal tract. If you are watching your weight, look for low-fat products.

for your questions look at maureen salaman's book " all your health questions answered, naturally "

she was president of the licensed ama doctors in the usa for over 40 years
and the book is a compilation summary of over 50,000 medical studies,
and
she gives the answers of what to do naturally, inexpensively, without toxicity,
and to deal with the cause(s) instead of the symptms.

She gives specific things proven to help, all in the book - no other cost or 'membership' needed to get the information.
