I sure hope I am not the only fan of south park on this whole forum! Anyone else here a fan of the show?

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

I watch it even though there is bad language and stuff in it. Two of my favorite episodes are: Make Love, Not Warcraft (the one that is based on a RPG) and the episode when they do the Helen Keller story differently when Butters tells them what the kindergarteners are doing. I loved it when Timmy and Gobbles the turkey were together. I knew their physical disabilities cemented their friendship. By the way, my favorite character is Butters. He seems like a good kid.

I watch it sometimes..It's truly funny. I just never remember to watch it because I'm not a big TV person.

I like both South Park and Family Guy... but I prefer South Park. It seems to have more subtleties to laugh at, and there's a lot of little things to pick out. Plus, the crudeness adds to the atmosphere
.But to answer the initial question... I LOVE South Park!

I love both South Park an Family Guy.
I loved that episode from SP where Cartman buys "sea people" and then he discovers they're a useless, unentertaining organism called brine shrimp. I felt his pain, having had sea monkies myself.

I love "South Park", and I have to say that Cartman is my favorite too. Just hearing his voice makes me laugh. I'm not a huge fan of "Family Guy", especially the new episodes. It's too "Random" for my taste (though I guess that's why alot of people like it) and it doesn't have the same element of satire that South Park does.
"The Simpsons" will always be my favorite "adult" cartoon though, though I don't really put it on the same level as South Park cause of the more universal appeal. y mom likes the Simpsons, I would watch the Simpsons with my children (if I had any) but South Park and Family Guy too seem to appeal to a more specific age group (mine).

One of my favorites was right after Isaac Hayes left because an episode went against his beliefs, after he willingly participated in doing the same to almost EVERYONE else's, and they use old voice overs to ruin the character...

Wow lots of South Park fans, and to all who think its "bad" because of foul language, thats cool you believe that. BTW KYLE IS MY FAVE CHARACTER. I guess I can say I like South Park is because Stone and Parker are not afraid to put what ever they want in their shows, regardless of what people think. (even though I dont agree with some of what I see, I just like that kind of attitude).

I liked the episode where they are telling what the scientologists actually believe. i was online and had my back to the computer, and as they were explaining, I said to my son This is what they really believe. he said look, and thats exactly what was flashing on the screen.

I love South Park! I've finally gotten my wife into it, so we've been watching lots of old episodes too.
Tweak is definitely my favorite character, unfortunately they don't have him on much.

I love South Park but I turn it off if they do anything which (in my opinion) mocks Christ. The character of Christ doesn't bother me, but if they make him do something stupid or blasphemous, I won't watch.
My second favorite episode is when one of the boys had his picture taken mooning the camera and they had it put on a milk carton as a missing kid. My absolute favorite is the one when Carrtman draws a face on his hand and presents "jennifer lopez" to the world. heeheehee...
