Howdy fellow South Carolinian! You're not joking about our state being in the South. I live in Horry County. Famous (or imfamous) for Mrytle Beach, I know, but the part that I live in is "Old South". And the little bit of experience that I have from traveling upstate is that there are still a lot of "Old South" people there too!

Hi everybody! I live in Georgia now, but I was born and raised in South Carolina... Greenville to be exact. Lived there for 18 years! My parents and grandparents still reside there and I drive up for a visit at least once a month.
