Sore spot on belly

I have this spot below my ribs, at the top of my belly that is really sore. It feels like a bruise, but doesn't actually look like a bruise.
It's about 2 inches above and an inch to the right of my belly button.

It started about a week and a half ago.

It is still really sore, and I think it is actually getting worse! I was thinking that it might have been where he kicked me, but I'm not so sure now.

I have a MW apt tomorrow so I will ask then, but was wondering if any of you ladies have had this happen to you too?

I have not had that happen exactly. I had terrible pain which felt like a bruse. It was below my left breast on my ribs. The doc and friends said it was probably caused by the baby repeatedly kicking me in the same spot. He was face down for awhile. It started when he moved face down and was painful on and off till I had him. But praise the Lord had no problems with it since. I thought I had seriously damaged something. Hope that helps.

Yes, I've been having that a lot lately. It's generally where the baby would have decided to punch or kick me. If he gets really ornery, he has gotten where he puts his feet just a bit apart under my rib cage in the middle (around where your stomach actually is) and presses out to the point you can rub your fingers across and feel all 10 toes! Sometimes it has left a little bruise where his toes were. I have two slightly red spots where he did that yesterday evening, but no indication it will bruise on the outside just yet.
