Son expelled / ADHD

My heart is breaking... .. My son (14 almost 15) has been expelled from school. I'd rather not go into the details, but it's a big deal. I'm not sure what to do..... he's a good kid. He has ADHD and takes meds, but they don't seem to help with him applying himself much. He doesn't care a flip about school and you almost cannot light a fire under him about anything unless he wants to do it. You can't bribe, restrict, spank or take anything away either......... these things don't work, he couldn't care less to do without anything!

Please keep us in your prayers......... what to do...... about school, meds, what he will do until school is out etc...... Thank you!

I'm going to pray for your son right away.

I was misdiagnosed when I was 3 with lung disease and didn't find out until I was nearly 12 that I had no problems. (benign tumor in my face) Anyways, the drugs made me really misbehave and I did really bad in school so I can understand the situation.

I am very sorry to hear this,Promise seeker.
It is hard to have a son like this, and only a mother knows his sweet heart.
what are U thinking about doing?
could you ask the school for some kind of help for the boy?

Lord please be with this family as they lean on you for support into telling them what they need to do as well as who to turn to and that they need to find another school that will accept their son as well as also be more understanding of the learning disability that their son has.
