I just thoght that since this forun has like 3 topics I wouls start a new one. I really have no clue what to ask or what to talk about *guess I should have thought bout that first*. I guess this can just be sort of an open discussion about how life is going.

[Quiet Storm]

For the first time in a long time, I can honestly say that I'm living life and loving it!!! I was watching Pastor Joel Osteen last night and he hit on a lot of key factors for me. Basically, he was saying that if we want to be used by God, if we want to be happy, if we want to be everything we're called to be, then we have to let go of our negative past. Sometimes we can't understand it, but if we keep on focusing on the negative then there's no way we can be blessed with any positive. That just woke me up and last night in prayer I said "I don't know why things happened to me the way they did, but I have to let every bad situation go". The funniest thing is I've been worrying that my college experience has been passing me by, but today on my way to German class, I had a revelation, so to speak. Instead of seeing everything that happened these past two years as something negative, I began seeing them as a period that God used to shape me into maturity. So now this university has a more sintimental meaning to me than it ever has. It was when I was here that I made so many leaps of faith, that I grew so much. I'll always grow, but the monumental steps were taken at this university. It's great. So now I've let go of my past and am allowing myself to be happy. Life's great!

On a scale of 1 to 10, I somewhere around a 5. I seem to be having a hard time getting "back on track". I have no fear though, joy cometh in the morning!

Well I Am going to find out today is my church will sponsor me to to go Urbana 03. SO I am a little nervous because I have a really bad feeling about it... but His Kingdom come, HIS will be done....


So if ya'll wanna say a little prayer for me that would be cool!!
