Something humorous

Something happened to me several weeks ago which really amused me.
I woke up one morning in the middle of a dream and the first words out of my mouth were... " I am my own stalker". I actually spoke them aloud. I had no recollection about what I had been dreaming but that statement cracked me up.
With OCD as my constant companion..I have my own built in stalker.
I know you can all relate.. no further explanation needed right?

I completely agree. As if there was another person living in us who is our enemy and every inch of the way makes It's thoughts and desires known.

I know exacty what you mean. My OCD thought used to be about external things now they are all internalized like "WHo am I" "Did I just think that" or "How do I think the way I do" So now I really feel like two peope and I feel super frustrated!
