There has to be something better or more adventfull for the college aged person going on then what is in this tread, does anybody agree? I just seems that the problmes and questions posed here are so infantile.

CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Maybe to the people posting them they aren't infantile and as brothers and sisters in Christ we are to love and support one another and lift each other up no matter how "trivial" their problems seem to be. Another possibility could be that many people who feel comfortable posting about their less severe problems here don't feel that they can confide in strangers over the 'net about the big issues.

not sure just seems that most of the problems that i see on the froum are more highschool and jounior high type problems, maybe i grew up way to fast or to soon, i'm more than happy to post replies to peoples problems or consersn it is just my opinion that most of the issues should have been resloved long before highschool ended, not to say that people posting there problems here are anything but ligiamte, i just think that there are more pressing issues for people our age, things that i find important i find important to myself, while I like and don't think i'm half bad at giving advice most of my problmes i slove with tenisaty, thus i don't have much need for advice becuase i'm more stubron than a mule

The reason why the problems seem immature because most people do not deal with them when they were in highschool- or it could be that the problems that we had when we were in our teens- are still problems- you see this society likes to segregate age groups when the fact is that when you reach about 15- adulthood really starts- and really the problems you have then will always cross over if you haven't taken care of them.
