I was thinking something about my ocd and I hear a man saying something like
man: what he does not understand?

and then an other woman
woman: I understand ( I think she was talking to her phone)

and then an other man
man2: you understand? (something like that)

it happened in a row and I got worried

There is nothing that I can explain that will make the compulsions stop, otherwise.
