I did. Recently I had gotten a seriously deep puncture wound by something rusty. I got the symptoms of Tetanus and got very ill. I don't have insurance right now, nor money for doctors, medicine, etc. I prayed, had others prayed for me, lifted it up to God, and my leg is healed now. It's not the first time i was healed from a life-threatening illness. I had bacterial pneumonia once, and i was mis-diagnosed by a doctor and given allergy medicine. i went down to 80 lbs and nearly died. God healed me. There have been other times as well.

Brinny, this statement by Cupid Dave is an example of tautological rhetoric. He says it is a matter of definitions, but then goes on to give unfalsifiable terms that give us no useful information.
To quote wiki:

Actually faith comes from God. Faith is both a fruit and a gift of the Holy Spirit of God working in us. Human faith or positive thinking is effective.
