Hi,
I hope its ok to ask questions even if your not Jewish. What I want to know is if you all know of any websites that explain things like Messianic Jewish customs and practices for dummies? Since I am a Christian I don't really know anything about this stuff but I think I might need to know it or at least have a basic understanding of it possibly. My mind isn't what it was so if you know of something easy to understand, that would be great. Oh and if you know of a place that explains what all the words mean that would be nice too.

I don't think there are any synagogues here. There are a couple in the city but I think they are for regular Jews not Messianic Jews. Not that I think there is anything wrong with normal Jews but since I am a believer in Jesus there might be an issue with me going there.

If you intend to go for educational purposes it is best to call first and see if it is Ok to visit.

There isn't a problem with going to visit. We often get non-Jewish visitors. I would call them and let them know you are interested in visiting, and see if they can have you sit with someone to explain the service to you.

Yes I agree sometimes I visit the synagogue with my mother(she practices Judism but I belive in Yeshua). She goes to a conservative synagogue. They have 3 different types Orthodox, conservative and reform. They are very friendly always helping me, it's tricky because the books are opposite from they way we read them and much of the service is in Hebrew. It is a neat experience tho
