I must also point out that certain "orders" of Orthodoxy do not allow priests to marry.
Priests may not marry, but married men may be ordained priests. Orthodoxy has no "orders" such as the Jesuits, Franciscans and Dominicans. Some married men, such as those who have a spouse who has been divorced, may not marry, and if you are not of sound mind and body you may not marry. Which jurisdiction denies married men the right to be ordained? I am not sure if that statement is correct.

D'oh. I worded it wrong! I meant to say that certain orders will not allow priests to have married in the past. At least that's what I found out on an Orthodoxy FAQ, unless the person who created it did not know their facts, or worded something wrong.

It more or less said that married men cannot be priests in certain orders, but in other orders they can. Something about the "White Order" and the "Black Order"? Can someone tell me if this is correct?
