Some Help To Others

I remember a poem my good sixth grade teacher wrote in my Autograph book very many years ago:

"The thing that costs the least and means the most in making life worthwhile,
Is nothing more or nothing less than just a pleasant smile".​

I have found that very true over these many years, and a great help in truth; though I have also found that it is what God desires of all His faithful saints. Look up always!

Thanks. Sometimes my face is frozen and I can't even crack a smile yet I still try to and look pretty weird.

I practice smiling at everyone I walk by, which is not easy down here in Miami, people dont like smiling back...lol

There is such thing as smiling depression....the people who hide depression behind a smile and so few ever realize how low they have gotten.
