Some advice please

Could you please give me some advice?
There is this guy in my science class. He is always sitting behind me. When he is sitting behind me, he will take his hand and touch my leg or he will put his hand on my shoulder or come up behind me and touch my arms.. He is always talking about things regarding to sex around just me and this other girl. He also stares at me a lot. I asked him to stop and he did for a bit but now he is starting up again. Am I over reacting? What should I do?

Talk to the principal or whomever handles such matters. You are entitled to the privacy of your body and not being touched or harassed sexually. Get it on record and stopped.

Discuss the situation with the proper authorities. Don't let it go unnoticed. Eliminate the threat. Besides, that type of touching behavior is NOT normal between acquintences or even just school friends.

I have a wonderful pastor who once stated: "You deserve whatever you tolerate" Don't tolerate it, even a little. It's time to stop this guy now. Sometimes it helps to create a scene. Yell at him: "Don't touch me!"
