Perhaps even more and greater violations would have been found within the documents that disappeared. Considering what's been going on with Minnesota daycare facilities, it seems unlikely that MDHS was being all that thorough.

What? First of all MAGA isn't a person. Second of all if it WAS a conservative they would have HAD to know there were things there that weakened the case at rhat particular facility. With the tight knit, tight lipped, Somali community who wont speak to anyone, the odds of that are so low as ro be ridiculous. Especially since people arw just becoming aware of this.

It is FAR more likely that it was Somali's trying to hide their fraud.

Huh? When licensing inspectors visit, they specifically check the number of children currently present against the number of employees present to ensure the facility meets the mandated child-to-staff ratios for that time of day. They also look at overall enrollment records.
If you are implying the fraud involves over stating enrollment you are not realizing that it is the " absence " of these legitimate files that are flagged and investigated. Next.....
