Ok.The difference I'm aware of is that SOLO indicates scripture as the only SOURCE of truth.
SOLA indicates scripture as the highest authority on spiritual truth no matter where that alleged truth comes from.

Solo Scriptura sounds like it would give free reign for a person to totally re-invent the Christian faith based only on their understanding of Scripture. No need to pay any attention to the historical Christian faith or what Christians have believed in the past.
