Oh come on T! Really?
Read the posts.
So, what does it say, in dealing with your question of is the church equal to Jesus?
lol think of Jesus as the oyster
Ok. What is the Greek word for submit?Ephesians 5:27
"and to present her to himself as a radiant church, without stain or wrinkle or any other blemish, but holy and blameless."
She must submit to her husband.
I said the following in another thread, which got me to thinking.
"If He didn't care, there would be no lessons.
If there are no more lessons, we are full-grown.
Why would He want us to be full-grown?"
1 Peter 2:3
"2 Like newborn babies, crave pure spiritual milk, so that by it you may grow up in your salvation, 3 now that you have tasted that the Lord is good."
Hebrews 5:12-14
"12 In fact, though by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you the elementary truths of God’s word all over again. You need milk, not solid food! 13 Anyone who lives on milk, being still an infant, is not acquainted with the teaching about righteousness. 14 But solid food is for the mature, who by constant use have trained themselves to distinguish good from evil."
And after doing a little search on the word "growth" I ran in to those two verses above.
So why does God want us to be full-grown?
Wow.....It doesn't say as it isn't a mathematical relationship.
Wow.....
So. Do you really think that a marriage is a mathematical construct?
Ok. I have to wonder at this point....
How old are you?
Are you married, or single?
No. You said,I said it "isn't" a mathematical construct.
No. You said,
It doesn't say as it isn't a mathematical relationship.
Your statement is ambiguous and utterly useless.
You're not willing to explain what you mean then why are you playing this game?
