No offense to small house churches of Evangelical Christians. They do a lot of good in Pakistan, and actively seek to win Muslims to Christ.

But when the Pastor has no one above him to hold him accountable, no one to check him, question him, having no denomination or hierarchy over him for concerned lay people to appeal to, abuses like this are more likely.

The selling of daughters or any human being should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Marriage or not. No laws preventing this? Create them and impliment them. That's the first step imo.
