So when was the last time you sacrificed a goat?

I'm still listening through the law books in the bible currently, and noticed that the animal offerings are a big part of the law.

Since the sacrifices are now figurative, through the way we live our lives in Christ, perhaps the sabbath has also been made figurative.

Why would you need to do that? We are in the new covenant now not the old. Do you know what the animal sacrifices and sin offering all pointed to in the new covenant?

Jesus is now the law living within through the Holy Spirit to the reborn.

Also, I doubt the city government would appreciate anyone sacrificing goats at the petting zoo.

Why I can if you want me to but I do not think it would make any difference. Do you know what the purpose of Gods' 10 commandments are and what the purpose of the Mosaic "shadow law" for remission of sins were for?
