I have started to learn guitar. Some times it's hard other times not so.
i just learn how to play a Jack White Song, "We're going to be friends". Yeah I know just 4 basic chords, but hey it's a start. So what have you learn to play?

Hey dude you should learn smoke on the water by deep purple and smells like a teen spirit by nirvana. These are easy songs and taught me how to move my hand around using a chord called a power chord. Lol now im learning some harder stuff to me like august burns red and for today (lil easier

That awesome! I taught myself still trying to learn the more difficult chords.

About Smoke on the water, every time I go to Guitar Center I hear that.


I was thinking about an acoustic version of Drity Little Secret by All American Rejects.

Yeah smoke would be a good one to learn too. Gee my fingers hurt today friend asked if could figure out Moon Shadow need to go to you tube. actually I have learn a great deal from you tube like change the struts on my truck but I have learned about music too. justin guitar is great.

lol. ANother source I use is a web site called songsterr.com Its a tab site where it plays the tab and u play along. It helps me to learn songs. Oh and I really love ibanez guitars. Best guitars ever made.

Yeah I have ibanez that I pulled out of the garbage. I do a little dumpster diving every now and then, got some cool stuff. I will check out songsterr in a while.

I've been in and out of cover bands for the last 5-6 years now. For my new project I get to learn some classic 80s pop - Jenny, Jenny and Jessie's Girl to name a few. Easy but fun.
