I've been battling with amazing tiredness. (It's what lost my job) My psychiatrist thinks its physical (cos I'm not depressed), my sleep specialist says just keep trying blah blah blah, and my GP is out of ideas.
I can have a day out (shopping or a social activity) and then I am so tired that I sleep for 2 or 3 days (and nights)
This is ridiculous!
Has anyone experienced this? sleeping for days without being depressed? Obviously there is something slightly depressing/annoying/frustrating about this situation, but it's not the clinical uber-depression we all know and hate. It's dizzy foggy-brained dopiness.
I this a bipolar thing? Or do I look at the physical?
