We know that Christ has done everything necessary to secure salvation for those He came to save (if we disagree on that, then there’s no need to continue).

Do you agree with this?

Of course JESUS has why would you think any different? Did you wish to answer the question asked of you now brother that you agreed to?

If you are going to be pushy, I’m done. Unlike you, I don’t try to eat the elephant in one bite.

Take your time brother. I am not trying to be pushy. If I come across that way it is not my intention and I ask your forgiveness.

God bless.

So it’s agreed that Christ has done all that’s necessary. We also know, from Ephesians 2, that believers are in Christ. With me so far?

Already answered this one. Did you wish to answer the question I asked of you now brother?

I was answering, and said don’t be pushy. You keep being pushy. So, I see where it’s going.

Enough is enough.

No need to be so sensitive brother. I already know and so do you that there is no scripture to answer the question asking where is the scripture that says God's 4th commadment is abolished and we are now commanded to keep Sunday as a Holy day. There simply is no scripture. It only supports what I am sharing with you here. If you had scripture you would have provided it already.

God bless.

There is no such thing as phantom sin plain and simple. Sin is when we knowingly transgress Gods LAW *1 JOHN 3:4; JAMES 4:17 and God's 4th commandment is one of them *EXODUS 20:8-11.
There must be since you refuse to identify unrepentant sin.

There are two reason for this.
1. Specific required words aren't in the Bible.
2. The ignoring the passing of the old covenant law for the new covenant.

There must be since you refuse to identify unrepentant sin.

According to God's WORD in the NEW COVENANT; unrepentant sin is breaking any one of God's 10 commandments *JAMES 2:10-11 and continuing to do so while not repenting. REPENATANCE from sin is one of the conditions of salvation.

REPENTANCE *MATTHEW 3:2; MATTHEW 4:17; LUKE 13:3-5; ACTS 2:38; ACTS 3:19; ACTS 8:32; PROVERBS 28:9-13, CONFESSION *1 JOHN 1:9; PROVERBS 28:13 OF SIN *JAMES 2:10-11; 1 JOHN 3:4 and FAITH *JOHN 3:14-21 in God's promises *2 PETER 1:4 in the NEW COVENANT are all requirement for salvation. Those who follow God do not practice sin and those who continue in SIN do not know God *1 JOHN 3:9; 1 JOHN 2:1-4 and need to be BORN AGAIN. If the HOLY SPIRIT cannot come and go why are we warned to not GRIEVE the HOLY SPIRIT *EPHESIANS 4:30; PSALMS 51:10-13. We GRIEVE God's SPIRIT by SIN *GENESIS 6:5-6; PSALMS 119:158 and not BELIEVING and FOLLOWING God's WORD *PSALMS 95:10-11; HEBREWS 3:10-11; HEBREWS 3:17-19. It is ONLY those who BELIEVE and FOLLOW God's WORD to the END that will be saved *JOHN 8:31-36; MATTHEW 24:13; MARK 13:13; HEBREWS 3:13-14; HEBREWS 3:6; COLOSSIANS 1:12-14; 23; HEBREWS 10:26-27; HEBREWS 6:4-8; MATTHEW 13:18-23. According to the scriptures if we are not CONTINUING to BELIEVE and FOLLOW God's WORD to the END we can GREIVE God's Spirit and depart from the faith *2 THESSALONIANS 2:1-3; 1 TIMOTHY 4:1.According to God's WORD in the NEW COVENANT, SIN is the transgression of God's ETERNAL LAW (10 commandments) and through the LAW we have the KNOWLEDGE of what SIN is when broken *1 JOHN 3:4; ROMANS 3:20; ROMANS 7:7; JAMES 2:10-11. No one is "UNDER THE LAW" if they have by God's GRACE repented of their SINS and CONFESSED them and by FAITH Accepted the FREE GIFT of God's SALVATION *ACTS 2:38; 3:19; 8:22; 1 JOHN 1:9; EPHESIANS 2:13. According to God's WORD it is only those who are CONINUING in KNOWN UNREPENTANT SIN that are "UNDER THE LAW" because they stand guilty before God of breaking it *ROMANS 3:19 and do not know God and need to be BORN AGAIN *1 JOHN 2;1-4; 1 JOHN 3:3-10.

According to God's WORD all those who CONTINUE in KNOWN UNREPENTANT SIN will not enter into the KINGDOM of HEAVEN *HEBREWS 10:26-27 because they reject the gift of God's dear son *ROMANS 6:23. OBEDIENCE to God's LAW is not how we are saved it is the FRUIT of God's work in us as we BELIEVE and FOLLOW his WORD through love. If our faith has no fruit it is dead *JAMES 2:18-20; 26 and our tree will be cast down and thrown into the fire *MATTHEW 3:10; 7:19-20; 13:49-50.

Hope this helps.

Not at all the OLD COVENANT is not like the NEW COVENANT. According to God's WORD in the NEW COVENANT God's ETERNAL LAW (10 commandments) gives us the KNOWLEDGE of GOOD and EVIL; SIN and RIGHTEOUSNES *ROMANS 3:20; ROMANS 7:7; 1 JOHN 3:4; PSALMS 119:172.

God's 4th commandment is one of God's 10 commandments that give us the KNOWLEDGE of what sin is when broken *ROMANS 3:20. According to God's WORD if we break any one of God's 10 Commandments we stand guilty before God of SIN *JAMES 2:10-11.

According to God's WORD all those who CONTINUE in KNOWN UNREPENTANT SIN will not enter into the KINGDOM of HEAVEN *HEBREWS 10:26-27 because they reject the gift of God's dear son *ROMANS 6:23. You mix up your shadow laws from the MOASAIC BOOK of the covenant *DEUTERONOMY 31:24-26; EXODUS 24:7 with God's ETERNAL LAW (10 commandment) in the NEW COVENANT that give us the knowledge of what sin is when broken *ROMANS 3:20.

Hope this helps.

JESUS teachings was the law and the prophets. WHich all pointed to him.
No Jesus doesn't teach the law. Jesus does discuss the law with the some. Jesus give commandments not found in the OT such as JN 13:34.

Meaningless post. I'm not making that statement in reference to the Scripture.

Right. If it doesn’t say “the Sabbath doesn’t need to be observed to maintain your position in Christ”, he won’t be convinced.

I only wish I could respond to this properly. I know I can't without cause a problem for me.

Well that one is not true. Your contradicting what your saying above. In one sentence you state JESUS doesn't teach the law and in the next you say he taught some? Of course JESUS taught the law and the prophets *MATTHEW 5:17-32. Not only that he came to magnify the law and make it honorable *ISAIAH 42:21. This is demonstrated in MATTHEW 5 where JESUS applies the 10 commandments to our very thoughts and feelings.

Sorry brother if there is no scripture that says God's 4th commandment has been abolished and we are now commanded to keep Sunday as a Holy day what right have we got as God's people to break any one of God's 10 commandments when breaking any one of them makes us guilty before God of sin *JAMES 2:10-11; ROMANS 3:19-20? All those who continue in known unrepentant sin will not enter the kingdom of heaven because they reject the gift of God's dear son *ROMANS 6:23; HEBREWS 10:26-27. Something we all need to pray about.

God bless.
