do you have to be apart of a group or way of worship?
Jesus is the way of worship . . . by being gentle and humble and obeying God. This can be more and more all the time. But yes it can be good to share with a church where you have people who are good examples for you. You can read the Bible and pray and see who helps you live as the Bible says to love. So, you are looking for personal sharing, certainly not only being in a group of people who are doing what you find to be right practice. An organized group can have many different kinds of people, but examples of Jesus and His loving are what we need.
Now, I get into more detail and explanation. Others can be more personal and encouraging, and you are asking things here in "Introductions" where we may not be getting visited by excellent Christian Forums writers who specialize in offering advice. In "Christian Advice" we have maybe more people who go there specifically in order to help people who are seeking advice. So, I would recommend starting a few threads with your questions for advice.
by saying I'm Anglican I feel like I'm restricting my connection with the Lord and feel like it's limited to a certain point
As Hedrick has said, you can go to the Anglican section and ask questions. People might be watching there for interested people, but not be checking into this "Introductions" section.
How you worship in you is not restricted, hopefully, by what ones around you might be doing. I don't think worship is a copy-cat thing

How we conform, in us, to Jesus is what worship is about. We trust God for how He wants us to be, in worship.
if I could I would be all of them at once... Is there a classification for that? To be almost like a 'free Ranger Christian'.
In Jesus, we are simply children of God, brothers and sisters. I would say not to try to get yourself a label
Different groups might each have certain things which could benefit you. But I would say pray and feed on God's word which has it all. And discover who are examples, who help you get more real with God and learn how to relate in love.
I'd prefer it to be more casual, so in forms of singing, interaction, learning about gods ways and how to become more like him and going out to spread the word of God and heal others with the power of God and to fight against Satan?
About being casual >
"rather let it be the hidden person of the heart, with the incorruptible beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is very precious in the sight of God." (1 Peter 3:4)
And you can't be sure that others in your worship service are being for real. So, you need to submit, yourself, to God, and discover how He has you joining in or being sort of individual, wherever you are. Two churches of the same denomination can be very different. So, you need to pray and test >
"Test all things; hold fast what is good." (1 Thessalonians 5:21)
In order to spread God's word, we need to be good examples . . . samples of how God has people become in His love, and how we live. Jesus selected His twelve disciples, "that they might be with Him and that He might send them forth to preach" (in Mark 3:14). So, from this, Ryan, I see how Jesus wants first that we be with Him . . . for loving and intimate sharing with Him and one another as family of God. And from this comes serving Jesus!!! < from love.
Paul speaks of "faith working through love" (in Galatians 5:6); love is not a by-yourself thing!!
About fighting the devil > James 4:7 shows me how we first need to submit to God, then God has us effectively resisting Satan so he flees.
