However, if she were something dangerous like a cop, I would look into joining that career field and be her partner if at all possible.

I wouldnt trust any other person to watch her back more than myself.

Well, when I worked at an organ donation organization, stealing hearts was a real concern....but if he steals my heart metaphorically every day, I'll allow it.

Meh. I worked in the office, not the hospital. Although the hospital people did manage to lose a donor corpse once and it was code red in the office - like we'll be able to find it from there! (They found it after an hour or two of freaking out. The donor didn't get him and walk off on his own. I think instead of being placed in the van for the morgue, it got in a van headed for a funeral home.)
