I don't wanna be single within 5 years either, hopefully not in 10 years. I hope that I will be finished with college, met the love of my life, and have a child or two or something like that..

If I am still single in 5 or 10 years would I still be posting at foru.ms in the singles thread?? I dunno I would probably have told every single person my life's story or something because I don't shut up when I need to

LOL!!! I should've done that (the back up plan thing) --- but I'm also glad I didn't cuz I probably wouldn't be where I'm at spriitually.. .and I don't have many single Christian male friends too, so maybe I'll witness to more of my guy friends and convert them and then ask them to be my back up plan .... and I'm logging off now because I'm trying to get off my addiction to this fourm. Why is it so hard?

Its very possible I may be single when I'm 30. I don't want to be but its possible.

I don't even want to consider it though. The idea by itself makes me depressed.

And 35. . . thats even more depressing. If I don't get married, I'm going to be a lonely old man by the time I die off.

My parents of course will probably have passsed on by that point. My brother is an idoit and will surely get himself killed before he reaches age 30. (He's 18 now and he hasn't gained a bit of maturity since about the 5th grade.) Its not like we have the perfect relationship either. But I still wouldn't bet on him surviving past 30.

My cousins will probably have lost track of me at that point. More then likely my cousin Jennifer's daughter would receive my inheritance out of no where. (Specifically her because Jenny is the daughter of my dad's identical twin brother so in likelyhood the money would probably flow to her if there is any.) Either that or the state would take it.

Ok this is really depressing maybe I shouldn't even discuss this.

Edit: BTW Jenny's daughter is the one in my picture.

Life is not over at 30. In fact life starts for most at 30. You aren't too immature (looking pointedly at several), you have the means to enjoy a bit more, and you are old enough to realize what this life can offer.

Seriously, you aren't depressing me you are making me laugh. It's beyond funny the bemoaning of being single in your 30's and how life just stops.

And now that i've peeled myself off the floor *giggles*, you be more equipped to deal with children I think when you are older, both emotionally, finanicially and I don't see why not physically if you keep in shape.

No I won't have the physical energy to keep up.

I agree with you I will be better equipped financially and maybe emotionally as well. I'll stay in shape but I still don't feel like I have the abilities that I used to. 3 years ago my tremors didn't matter and I didn't take seizure medication.

About a year ago I was playing a game with the youth group and I dove to the floor and hurt myself (not major it was just painful) and I realized that if I had made that same dive at age 16 I wouldn't have really felt a thing.
