So Disturbing

What I found most disturbing though, in this magazine was a picture a few pages into the magazine. It was a photo of a family. A mother, father and 4 children all sitting at what looked like the kitchen table and they were ALL nude. The caption under the photo said something to the effect of "The new nude american family". It didn't show their private areas but it did show everything else. Even on the little children in the photo.

HOW CAN THIS STUFF BE ALLOWED IN MAGAZINES THAT ARE SITTING IN PLAIN DAYLIGHT, MOST LIKELY AT A GROCERY CHECK OUT COUNTER!

This sort of thing just sickens me! What is this world coming to?!

Its the way you look at the picture,I think that you look at it from a conservative point of view.
If I told you that being naked is actually the good thing to do and that this
certain family is doing nothing wrong.[lets not start by thinking exploitation of little children and lustfull sinn when most likeley this isnt the case]
Wat if I tell you that the lord likes us to be naked?would you believe that?
perhaps you are thinking the way you do because in your environment nobody exepts nudism.

there seem to be several issues being discussed here

1) should parents be nude in front of their children - well i dont think its psychologically scarring

2) should parents be open about this - prehaps not, societiy's reaction could have a negative mental effect on the children

3) should the picture have appeared in that magazine - no children don't need their lifestyle being advertised that way, there could be serious consequences, its borderline paedophilia. however it was a gay magazine, maybe some gay people wouldnt object?

4) should gay magazines and porn magazines etc be as readily available as they are - of couse not!

It is not the way "we" look at it, it is what God's Word says about it. We can look at homosexuality and think that it is ok because the "environment" says it is but they are wrong. We can make lots of money and use it to have gold plated kitchen faucets and 100,000 dollar vehicles. Society (the environment) says that is ok, however, God says we should use what He gives us to take care of the needy and feed and CLOTHE the poor. We can do what our environment says is ok or we can do what God says we should.

Im not pro nudist,but Im surely not anti,because there is nothing wrong with being naked,Im just saying we started naked,and after the sinn fall we began clothing ourselves.[shame]
Im also not pro gay but I do know some and even have some as my friends[best friends]
I already told them its wrong,but that didnt change the way they feel for men.
as I see It if you learn to know them you see them for what they are:your fellow man they will answer to god in their time and NOT to us because we shouldnt and must not judge our fellow man thats up to our lord.
As for those nudist mags If everyone would walk around naked why buy them?
This is my own opinion and I am not a spokesman for the pro nudist catholics[I dont know any actually]

Actually, the Word of God says we are to judge truth and error and we are to abstain from unrighteous behaviors.

I also have gay friends. One in particular is like a sister to me, even closer than a sister and I love her dearly. However, I do not condone her homosexual behavior and she is very aware of this. I see her personally, just as I see everyone else, a human in need of a Savior. I see her lesbian lifestyle however, completely different. I see it as sinnful and wrong in the sight of God. I love this dear friend of mine and I will continue to love her until the day I die but I will also continue to judge her lifestyle for what it is....an abomination in the eyes of God. Yes, I am a sinner, just like she is (although my sins are different sins) but the difference is I have Jesus and I believe what God says in His Holy Word, I only pray that some day, my dear friend will too.
