Havent had any big storms here lately..but i'm sure lots are on the way. only 3 more months of winter? our snow doesnt start melting until april..

I live in maine and we were lucky to only get 2 feet out of this storm. Many got much more.

We got about 4" in IA last week, but we're supposed to get rain/freezing rain/ snow in the next couple of days. 4-6"

I know very little about snow! How do you even get out of the door when you have 2 feet of snow. I imagine the door opens in, so you can open the door, but what then? What do you do when you open the door, and 2 feet of snow is there?

we had a bit of snow last week...but now, it's just ugly dead grass LOL. hoping for some snow before Christmas!
I remember last year it snowed heavily on Christmas....very memorable because our oven broke down and I had the job of driving a half-cooked Christmas turkey to my grandmother's house and cook it there. I remember the drive because it was so snowy and no snowploughs had come thru (who can blame them on Christmas) and I was trusted with the Christmas turkey LOLOL.
anyway, that's my random story for the day.....
