Does anyone esle here like this new spin on the superman story?

I find it enjoyable enough. Problem though is that there usually a a program or two that I enjoy watching even more in the same time slot. So in the summer season or when we get to the end of the regular seasons I find Smallville just the thing to entertain.

As for spin? It seems to always have some spin on it. One way of keeping things fresh. I find that epguides helps me figure the order of the shows so that I can watch them more or less in order when they are repeated.

Huge smallville fan here, its definitely one of my fav shows!!. Actually after watching smaillville now i cant imagine anyone else playing Clarke and Lex. They both play their characters so well. Especially Michael Rosenbaum aka Lex, you cant help feel sorry for his character. He tries and means while but ultimately we know that wont be enough and his bad side will ultimately prevail :-(


on a side note, what does everyone think of Lois?

I am so excited they are starting to show Smallville repeats. I just started watching last season and I have missed an awful lot!

I think Lois Lane is awesome. I like her much better than Lana, anyhow!

As for the character of Lois... bang on! She is showing all of the terrible traits that go to making a good reporter. It should be interesting to see how they develop the character further.

I really enjoy Smallville. It keeps you guessing. You know what happens eventually but the show puts such a twist on everything that really keeps it interesting and original. Good show.

Though I must agree, Lana is getting on my nerves, I liked her at first but now she's just there for eye candy really. Now that Lois is there, they need to do something with Lana or get rid of her.

I think a new superman movie is coming out! They were thinking about about using this kid originally... and then thought maybe not.

I love the show admittedly i only started watching half way through last season so i have missed alot and then last weekedn the new season started and i had to work and i forgot to set my video i am hoping i remember this weekend. I am also hoping repeats come at some pointi in time.

I had to work Weds night so I programmed the VCR to tape Smallville. My hubby didn't notice it wasn't taping until 30 minutes into the show. I need a TIVO instead of a Husband!! So, what did I miss? Would anyone please explain about the 1/2 of the show for me, so I don't walk into it blindly?
