CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

lol, you guys are so naive. How could Lana ever die? She's got the largest chunk of the Smallville fanbase and killing her off would be the stupidest (though happiest) thing that could ever happen.
Jonathan Kent, whose actor has expressed distaste for the direction of the show, obviously would be the one who bites the dust. His run in the election was in the beginning dubious, a nail in his coffin, since obviously, the show would get all wonky with family farmer man getting a top job.

He doesn't like the direction the show's been going morally. Like more gratuitous sex, decrease of overall family friendliness, etc. He's a pretty conservative Christian.

I LOVE Smallville. MY favorite is when Chloe reads Clark the letter she wrote to him while he is out of it. I swear I always cry (I have the DVDS). YEt i'll always go back to that part. I also love the part where Clark (First season) looks out through the barn and Lifehouse is playing when he sees Lana with Whitney. My heart goes out to hm all the time!!! I also love the Christopher Reeves Superman Movies. We actually just had a Superman Marathon last Saturday at my house!!!

As we all know now it was Jonathan Kent who died. In the orginal comic book both parents died before Clark moved to Metropolis. He started his career as Superboy and resumed it as Superman when he started working for the Daily Planet.

I know its Louis, but on the show, I wish it would be Chloe. When Jonathan Kent dies (On the show) I wish it was Martha and not him. She bugs me.

Lana's character is not a very loyal person. You have to wonder why Clark finds her more attractive than Chloe who is a much more compassionate and loyal woman.

I don't know if anyone saw last nights episode (wither) but I just wanted to say that that was the lamest villain take out ever. They could have done more with that fight, but no. boo.

I thought Lex had ruined his chances with Lana, but apparently not.

I only was able to watch reruns on the Family channel. I don't get WB. And the Family channel isn't running it at all now.

God's Little Princess
I love Smallville! It's such a cool show and has some cool episodes; the kind that make you seat on the edge of you seat and has you completely entranced. It's a great show and everyone does a fabulous job playing their characters.
I've never been too crazy about Lana, she just rubs me the wrong way and is kind of annoying.
I love Chloe to death, she's too adorable and her personality is great. I can't say that I care for her when she's all angry/obsessed with Clark though. They're really cute together, but when she goes all fangirl on him she really loses who she truly is.
