...and here's a photo of yet another small town in Saskatchewan...

If the photo was just a little wider, you could probably see Regina on the left and Brandon, Manitoba on the right.

Manitoba is much flatter than Saskatchewan.

Now it's on!

Manitoba has some HUGE lakes, boreal forest in the east and, um... probably some more! What does SK have? A few river valleys? Ok, they're both lame.

Driving from Regina all the way to Falcon Lake, MB is super boring. All there is, is prairies and small towns. Winnipeg is lame too if you take the by-pass. The only cool part is the Qu-appelle valley. Good thing that there's those grate things on the side of the road. That way I wake up before I drive onto someone's field of grain and make a crop circle out of tire tracks.

Saskatchewan also has forest and lakes in the north. In addition, we have the cypress hills in the southwest. The Regina area is a flat, treeless area, but it isn't representative of the province as a whole. As far as flatness goes, what about Manitoba's red river valley? Now that's flat. At least in SK we don't have to worry about half the populated area of the province flooding. ;)

Oh, and if I find crop circles in my wheat fields I know who to come after ;)

Good point. I like both Regina and Saskatoon better then dirty Winnipeg anyday. OK, you've convinced me. I like SK better. Except for Falcon Lake. Ah, forget Falcon Lake, I can just go to Kenora instead. Then I'm not in Manitoba anymore!

heh, heh, laughing at Fishstix and Breetai arguing.
that's why I like B.C, you've got almost everything you could wish for: from coastal rainforest to desert, mountains, valleys and lots of stuff in between. Depending on your tastes you could live in the balmy lowermainland or freeze up north. Never been to MB or SK, so I can't really judge, I've been to AB though.

Breetai: That's cool you went to Nelson, did you like it?

BC and Quebec are my two favorite provinces. Nelson was a blur...nevermind why ;) (I'm sure that you can hazard a good guess <where is that red-eyed smiley?>, eh, just listen to Sublime or Bob Marley). At least I didn't braid my armpit hair in Nelson! lol

hey whats wrong with ontario?
Where to start? Actually, Ontario rocks except for southern Ontario. Kenora, Thunder Bay, Soo, North Bay, Sudbury, Ottawa...all of these places are cool(and the area surrounding them). Southern Ontario is just evil. Especially the Hamilton airport, what a dive! Lake Erie is gross and Lake Ontario is Lake Ontario. You can't even swim in them!

I've never been to BC. Full of volcanoes and earthquake fault lines, isn't it? ;)

Don't be silly. Everyone knows that you get a much better view from atop the combine than the truck. ;)

On a more serious note - fire and wheat field do not belong in the same sentence! That's worse than the tire track crop circles... Why must you people always think of destroying my crops? :sorry: ;)
