Commit to awaken, the peace that’s within you.
Transcend the self-made ’n reclaim thee the kingdom.
Illusion beguiles, be not moved by this world.
Be just moved by the love and the warmth shall ensue.

Such a nice little reading and so applicable to every life.
I hope it's not innapropriate, but suggest replacing 'n with the full word and, also changing the first part of the last line to Be moved just by love...
Those are things that jumped out at me that made it read and flow easier for me.
