Small Group Help

Hello all youth pastors, I'm a student who is very passionate about helping my peirs in their walk with Christ. I feel like God is leading me into youth ministry, I am currently trying to stay open to his will and calling.

I have been praying about about starting a Small group for guys in my youth group. We have small groups in our youth group but they don't meet consistantly. I'm 16 and have thought of a few youth members to be in my small group. I mainly want to meet for encouragement in our walks with Christ, and to talk about issue's in our lives.

I would like some sugestions on some good things to get into with my small group. Also, seeing as you are all youth pastors, would it be a smart Idea to include my youth pastor on this matter? I really like my youth pastor and we have a great relationship, so I just wanted to hear other youth pastors thoughts on my idea.

Absoutley, let your youth pastor know what you feel you are being led to do. He will be able to help you get started if you need help and it is always a good idea to have someone that you can go to for help or other ideas
