CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Just doing the best I can.
I liked the guy who played AJ Simon on Simon and Simon. I was disappointed when he ended up growing a mustache in later years. Why would he do that to himself?? Yuck! 
And I remember thinking George Michael was hot. How pointless was that?
I also liked Bryan Potvin from the Northern Pikes.
I liked Corey Feldman too. My friend liked Corey Haim, but I thought he always looked to little-boyish.
That's all I can think of for now.

The only embarrassing infatuations I experienced in the 80s were those concerning my fellow male classmates in elementary school. What was I thinking?

Oh my, I thought I was the only one who crushed on Boy George!! I also had a thing for Larry Gowan. I think only Canucks will recognize that name. Oh, and I had a mad crush on a TV soap actor named Tom Eplin (he was Jake on Another World).
