sleepover, dog misses them

I had to show my dog my daughters bedrooms last night to show him they weren't home.
And then first thing this morning he jumped off the couch and ran upstairs,(I always check on the girls in the morning)
He expected to fnd them asleep. But I had to tuck him back in on the couch.
what, My dog isn't spoiled.

My family used to tell me how my Chihuahua would search and search for me when I was gone. I'd come home and find her in my bed or laying on my dirty clothes. Ah, I wish I still had her.

My dog will look for me when I'm gone. He'll also come to me at night insisting I should go to bed. It's so cute when he does that!
